Vespa Club Leichhardt is gearing up for an exhilarating spectacle as one of our own, Sam Larielle-Jones, takes centre stage in the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras Parade on Saturday, March 2nd.

New member Sam, will be proudly riding his Vespa GTS 300 SuperSport alongside the Boys on Bikes group, following the iconic Dykes on Bikes. This marks Sam’s second time participating in the parade but his first of which he hopes to be many with the Boys on Bikes.

The Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras Parade is a historic event that has been an integral part of the LGBTQIA+ community since its inception in 1978. What began as a protest has transformed into a globally recognized celebration of diversity and equality. The parade showcases a spectacular array of floats, performers, and community groups, making it a must-attend event for locals and visitors alike.
