Safety is a VCL priority. As you would know, all our rides are well planed, with all routes and stops thought out in advance.

𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 - All riders are given a position in the ride before we depart. If you prefer a specific left or right side of the lane, please let the lead and tail rider know prior.

𝗛𝗶 𝗩𝗶𝘀 - Ensures the lead, tail, other riders and motorists can see you in the line-up. Being seen is far more important than looking cool, especially when we have many riders out for the day.

When attending any VCL ride, each rider and pillion are required to carry a Hi-Vis vest and wet weather gear.

𝗥𝗼𝗮𝗱𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁 - We highly recommend a stand alone specialised motorcycle roadside assist. Many are way cheaper than those offered as an extra or included with your bike insurance. Please take the time to look over the options they offer. Roadside covers you all over Australia, and includes towing, mechanical breakdown, fuel or a flat tyre.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗿 / 𝗧𝘆𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗸𝗶𝘁 - There are many ways to repair and inflate a flat tyre, VCL offer what we believe to be the most efficient and convenient kit available. If you chose your own preferred method, please ensure you know how to use it.
FYI - A portable compressor is recommended, over one time use, air cannisters.
