Peter, our expert guide for Deluxe Rides, is excited to return to the beautiful Nelson Bay.

Departure: Saturday morning, February 8th, returning on Sunday, February 9th, 2025.

We will depart from BP Asquith and ride north along the old Princes Highway, passing through the Central Coast, Bateau Bay, Caves Beach, Belmont, Charlestown, Salt Ash, and arriving at Nelson Bay.

There will be no freeway riding, and we will maintain an average speed of 70-80 km/h. This is an easy ride, suitable for all engine sizes and riders (including those on L and P Plates) who have attended at least two VCL rides previously.

On the return journey, we will follow the same route from Lago Di Mac, heading west through Wallsend, Kurri Kurri, Cessnock, Millfield, and Wollombi, with a lunch stop at Jerry’s in Kulnura before heading home.
